Kids OUTDOOR Bootcamp Class

This is a high energy outdoor fun filled exercise class for kids. This will include obstacles, partner activities, resistance bands, circuits and much more. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held in the aerobic room.

Kids YogaChildren will learn a variety of yoga techniques and exercises to build strength and balance of the mind and body!

Youth Strength Training WorkshopThis workshop provides an introduction to tweens and teens on building the foundation of strength training with a certified Personal Trainer. This class will teach your child the fundamentals of strength and conditioning principals, safety and technique. Kids will focus on functional fitness while having fun! Each child that signs up will receive a workout logbook.
